THE PLACE, a 28 year tradition at RDV is back and better than ever! If you're missing the sound of great radio from the AM 60s to the FM 70s, then drop by. On the menu you'll find platters of steaming Soul, R & B, and Funk during the Hour of Soul Power Plus. Remember when radio stations weren't defined by genres? You'll be treated to those instrumentals, pop, and rock songs, from artists that defined our generation, as well as those one hit wonders which were readily played on our favorite stations and are now rarely heard anymore. Toss in some theme nights, music news, occasional guests, and trivia for an evening that is guaranteed to satisfy. Gerri is a member of the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia and a former disc jockey at WBUX in Doylestown. Your requests and dedications are welcome, so come join the crowd starting at 9 PM at THE PLACE!
